We want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase from Criposa. If for any reason you are not happy with an item(s) received, please follow our simple returns process:

Contact Customer Support:
1. Reach out to our friendly customer support team at [email protected] within 5 days of receiving your order.

Provide Order Details:
2.Please include your name, order number, contact information in the communication along with details about why you would like to initiate a return/exchange/refund.

Return Conditions:
3.Returned items must be unused/unopened/undamaged condition
4.All original packaging should accompany returned items
5.Shipping charges incurred during initial purchase cannot be refunded unless there was an error made by Criposa

Refunds & Exchanges:
Upon receipt of the returned item(s), we will inspect them thoroughly before processing refunds or exchanges as per request.

If eligible for refund,
6.Refunds will be issued back using same payment method used while placing an online order
7.Please allow up to two weeks after returning goods/items have reached us before expecting funds credited into account

For exchange requests,
8.We'll ship replacement product once it meets eligibility criteria mentioned above under "Return Conditions"

Please note:
- We do not accept returns or exchanges on used/opened products, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where Criposa made an error with your order.
